Job summary

Michael Page seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, delivering on schedule, within budget, and to high safety and quality standards.

You will manage renovation, tenant improvements, and ground-up work, oversee planning, cost controls, submittals, RFIs, and closeout, and collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in a General Contractor or Construction Management environment.
• Experience leading commercial projects ranging from $5M-$25M.
• Experience managing renovation and ground-up construction projects.
• Strong financial management, scheduling, and project controls expertise.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client service skills.
• Proficiency with construction technology platforms; experience with Procore and Primavera P6 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost controls, documentation, submittals, RFIs, and closeout activities.
• Lead preconstruction efforts including estimating, value engineering, constructability reviews, logistics planning, cash flow projections, and bid management.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive successful project execution.
• Manage one large project or multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong communication and client relationships.
• Support business development efforts through networking, proposal development, industry engagement, and identification of new project opportunities.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across all project activities.
