Job summary

Cumming is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction programs in the Dallas, TX area, coordinating client communications and guiding project teams through scope, cost, and schedule objectives.

This client-facing role focuses on institutional projects, with an emphasis on religious facilities and houses of worship; you will ensure compliance, safety, and on-time delivery while mentoring vendors and staff.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience: 10+ years in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
• Experience delivering large-scale institutional projects, religious facilities preferred.
• Preferred Certification: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project team, client communications, and management of scope, cost, and schedule.
• Lead and mentor project teams, contractors, and vendors to achieve objectives.
• Oversee project planning, site logistics, and progress tracking to meet milestones.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and quality control across projects.
• Manage documentation, reports, meetings, and stakeholder presentations.
• Adapt to changing needs and drive continuous improvement.
