Job summary

Cumming Group seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction programs for institutional clients, with emphasis on religious facilities and houses of worship. You will oversee scope, schedule, cost, and client communications while guiding multi-disciplinary teams.

Based in the Dallas area with on-site responsibilities, you will mentor teams, manage vendors, and ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and safe, quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Experience delivering large institutional projects, religious facilities preferred.

This position is responsible for the overall coordination and supervision of the project team, appropriate communications with the client, management and control of scope, cost, and schedule objectives for the project as a whole.
