Job summary

Duke's Root Control, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Pittsboro, NC, or Virginia Beach, VA. You will own scope, schedule, budget, safety, and customer communication, coordinating with Superintendents and Foremen on field projects.

This role requires at least five years in project management or related leadership, a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, and willingness to travel up to 15%. PMP or PE is preferred; relocation not covered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years of project management or related leadership experience.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• Strong communication, analytical and customer relation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Own awarded projects from initiation to closeout with execution plans.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and monitor costs across projects.
• Control scope, schedule and resources; manage changes and approvals.
• Lead field execution and coach field leaders to safety and quality.
• Maintain customer relationships; provide progress updates and solutions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on sites.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and milestone tracking.
• Collaborate with Operations, Safety, Fleet, Accounting, Sales and Stakeholders.
