Job summary

Duke's in Pittsboro, NC or Virginia Beach, VA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own scope, schedule, budget, and safety while guiding field teams.

You will collaborate with Operations, Fleet, Accounting, Sales and Customer Stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient, profitable infrastructure projects across active job sites, with travel and occasional after-hours support.

Duke's is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in either Pittsboro, NC, or Virginia Beach, VA.

In this role, you will own scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, customer communication, resource planning, documentation, and field execution through assigned Superintendents and Foremen. This highly collaborative role partners with Operations, Safety, Fleet, Accounting, Sales, Shared Services, and Customer Stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient, profitable, and high-quality work.

You will work in both office and field environments including active job sites, municipal infrastructure, traffic areas, construction equipment, and in varying weather conditions. Project-site visits and travel are required as needed, and occasional evening, weekend, or emergency support may be necessary.
