Job summary

S&B USA Construction seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale projects in the Mid-Atlantic region, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will own contract administration, planning, cost control, and coordination with field teams to optimize labor, equipment and materials.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 10+ years of field experience in heavy civil projects, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent work experience required.
• Design Build experience preferred.
• A minimum of ten years field experience in Demolition, Heavy Civil and/or Heavy Highway or Marine/Pile Driving construction project engineering.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, budget, schedule, and quality standards are met on projects.
• Set up and audit project controls including accounting, safety, and scheduling.
• Prepare timely submittals, schedules, budgets, and cost reports.
• Lead project reviews and resolve issues with owners, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee project billing and collections.
• Develop and mentor Project Managers and Engineers on assigned projects.
