The role requires a Bachelor’s in construction management or civil engineering with 5+ years of related experience, PM expertise on large builds, and ability to read CAD drawings. Onsite work and travel up to 50% are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering with 5+ years of related experience.
• PM experience with large, multi-scope construction builds.
• Experience supporting data center site development or heavy civil construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and CAD.

Responsibilities

• Manage a phase of a larger project or multiple smaller projects, ensuring profitable operations.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated project to meet goals within time and funding parameters.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication; work independently and as part of a team.
• Anticipate and meet internal and external customer needs; build and sustain client relationships.
