Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience as PM on highway and State/Federal/Private projects.
• Experience overseeing multiple, diverse projects.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design, planning, and construction of facility projects.
• Administer construction projects and prepare contracts with sub-consultants and clients.
• Prepare budgets and cost tracking reports; monitor progress.
• Define scope, goals, and deliverables; schedule timelines.
• Manage project budget and resource allocations.
• Track deliverables and report progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality assurance and manage project changes and interventions.
