Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of project management experience in industrial services or mechanical construction.
• 1–2+ years of experience leading a team of direct reports.
• Experience managing large‑scale, high‑complexity projects with financial responsibility.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost management knowledge.
• PMP certification is a plus; experience with procedural improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale, complex projects from planning through financial closeout.
• Mentor PM teams and drive continuous improvement in processes.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors and internal teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on‑time, on‑budget project delivery.
