  • Oversee scheduling, labor planning, procurement, equipment allocation, and material management.
  • Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and execution risks.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Engineering, Commercial, Safety, and Finance teams.
  • Conduct structured weekly one‑on‑ones with each PM, documenting coaching, commitments, and individual growth plans.

  • Utilize ERP and project management systems, including NetSuite and MS Project, to manage execution and reporting.
Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience leading a team of direct reports, with demonstrated ability to manage workloads and support employee development.
  • Proven experience managing large‑scale, high‑complexity projects with significant financial responsibility, overseeing multi‑phase delivery and meeting competing priorities.
  • Strong understanding of project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management principles.
  • Experience developing and implementing procedural improvements.
  • Strong communication, organizational, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, rapidly changing environments while paying attention to detail.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities under pressure.

  • Willingness to travel up to 30% as required by business needs.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing projects in data centers, semiconductor, healthcare, district energy, or mission‑critical environments.
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/project management systems.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence certifications.
  • Technical knowledge of hydronic systems, mechanical systems, and fluid management processes.
  • Experience in supporting operational scaling initiatives and multi‑project resource planning.
