Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Advanced degrees and professional registrations (PE, PMP, PMI) are a plus.
• AACE international estimating practices accreditation is a plus.
• Knowledge of codes for ammonia facilities (ASME piping, NEC, etc.).
• 15+ years operating company experience with project/operations focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide project/engineering oversight from conception through startup.
• Lead interfaces between project, operations, maintenance, and EH&S groups.
• Develop project scopes, deliverables, and work plans.
• Develop cost estimates and budgets; monitor spend.
• Prepare for phase gate reviews and enforce standards.
• Manage day-to-day project execution and risk management.
