Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years engineering experience in offshore oil, shipbuilding, or mooring systems.
• 3+ years leading or supervising engineering projects with budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project objectives and confirm goals for assigned projects.
• Manage engineering deliverables and project execution plans.
• Monitor on-time delivery and control engineering expenses.
• Coordinate new designs and conduct design reviews with clients and classifications.
• Ensure compliance with technical and HSE requirements and document changes.
• Lead teams, coach members, and support sales with technical strategy.
