Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead design and execution of complex motor control center projects. You will drive schedules, budgets, risks, change orders, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with Rockwell divisions, vendors, and customers.

Ideal candidates have a 5+ year PM track record in industrial controls, PMP or willingness to obtain, and proficiency with SAP, Excel, Power BI, and Power Apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• US work authorization; we will not sponsor visas.
• Ability to travel up to 10% internationally.
• 5+ years of related project management experience.
• Experience with industrial controls.
• Experience with Rockwell Automation MCCs (Allen-Bradley).
• Lean Six Sigma background.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, and Power Apps.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project and business metrics.
• Initiate, plan, implement, control and close all projects.
• Project management tasks include kickoff meetings, budget, schedule, risks, communication, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage project costs and change orders to meet scope and forecast requirements (SAP).
• Define and monitor use of business and industry standards.
• Coordinate customer shipping requirements to meet forecast targets.
• Interface with Rockwell divisions, vendors, consultants, OEMs, subcontractors and others.
• Develop product/app knowledge of motor control centers and main industries.
