Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Milwaukee seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex motor control center projects within the IPP Business. You will plan, schedule, manage scope, and coordinate design, testing, and post-shipment services with cross-functional teams.

You will manage costs, forecast resources, assess risks, and ensure customer satisfaction while interfacing with Rockwell divisions, vendors, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Ability to travel up to 10% of time, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering resources for design, implementation and test of complex systems projects.
• Manage project and business metrics, budgets, schedules, risks and customer satisfaction.
• Interface with Rockwell divisions, vendors, consultants and contractors.
• Forecast project costs using SAP and monitor change orders to meet scope.
• Ensure designs meet codes, specs and delivery targets.
