Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead industrial and commercial projects in the New York area. You will manage project teams, budgets, and preconstruction activities, coordinating with owners and various professionals to ensure quality delivery.

The role requires 4–6 years of PM experience in industrial/commercial construction, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore, P6, and MS Office. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of successful project management experience in Industrial and/or Commercial construction.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building with owners, subcontractors, and professionals.
• Proactive communication, professionalism, and integrity in client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned project team members and subcontractors.
• Cultivate and grow project owner relationships and relationships with all professional groups involved.
• Engage in preconstruction: bid procedures, bid reviews, vendor/subcontractor qualifications, estimating, and scheduling.
• Manage QA/QC programs and commissioning processes.
• Demonstrate leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions.
• Travel as needed for projects.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Lead construction progress meetings.
• Oversee design development.
