Trevett Facilities Recruitment USA is partnering with a highly successful and rapidly growing national industrial real estate organization to recruit a Senior Project Manager for a major industrial and technology campus in Endicott, New York.
Established more than 30 years ago, the organization has built a substantial national footprint and today owns and operates approximately 85 million square feet of industrial real estate across 27 states. Following another record year of growth, the business continues to invest heavily in the acquisition, redevelopment and modernization of large-scale industrial and infrastructure assets across the United States.
This position offers the opportunity to join that growth at a 130-acre, approximately 30-building campus supporting industrial, advanced manufacturing, R&D and technology occupiers.
As Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of a varied portfolio of capital improvement and infrastructure projects across a large, live operating campus.
Rather than being tied to one construction project, you will work across buildings, infrastructure and utility systems, managing projects from early planning and design through construction, commissioning and completion.
This is an opportunity to join a financially established, nationally expanding organization with more than three decades of experience investing in and revitalizing major industrial assets.
The business continues to grow its national portfolio and invest significantly in its properties, creating long‑term opportunities for project professionals who want exposure to meaningful capital programs rather than a succession of short‑term construction assignments.
You’ll have the chance to influence the continued development of a substantial industrial campus, work across a diverse range of projects and infrastructure systems, and build your career within an organization that is continuing to expand.
