Qualifications

7+ years of experience in industrial automation or engineering services industry.
4+ years of experience in Project Management.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for projects, including scope, risk, timing, cost, and quality.
As the customer main point of contact, communicate and facilitate the design and build process to ensure satisfaction.
Report status updates to the customer and in-house teams; share lessons learned.
Drive the team, promoting cooperation, conflict resolution and negotiation.
Monitor costs and ensure projects stay within budget; alert management at 80% usage.
Log RFQs and develop quotes; enter job into Lear Novi system after receipt of PO.
Develop basic timelines and kickoff meetings with leaders in Lear Novi.
Maintain a issues list and drive weekly progress toward resolution.
Communicate timing for in-house run-off and shipping arrangements.
