Job summary

Kenvue Inc. seeks an External Manufacturing Site Manager to lead contract manufacturing operations in Summit, NJ. Hybrid work model, overseeing product supply, quality, and site performance across contract sites with a focus on cost, service, and safety.

Responsibilities include driving supplier performance, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering new product launches while ensuring on-time product availability for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of related experience in Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain Sourcing, and/or Supply Planning.
• Experience working with Manufacturing Operations in a GMP environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills across functions and levels.
• Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated effectiveness leading and influencing cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team to resolve product supply issues and drive results on worldwide, regional and local bases.
• Negotiate and execute legally binding supply agreements.
• Support contractors to achieve monthly plan attainment goals.
• Identify and deliver Cost Improvement Projects (CIPs) to lower total product cost.
• Develop manufacturing strategies to improve site performance and product supply.
• Lead execution of new product launches at contract sites.
• Ensure customer commitments for product availability are met.
• Conduct ongoing capacity analysis and mitigate capacity risk.
