Job summary

Orange Barrel Media, LLC in West Hollywood, CA, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead IKE deployments in public rights-of-way. You will manage contractors, coordinate utilities, and drive permitting, budgets, and schedules from site development to closeout.

Based in our West Hollywood office, this on-site role offers a future option to work remotely one day a week after six months. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in construction, infrastructure, telecom, or similar deployment programs.
• Experience managing contractors, budgets, and schedules on multiple concurrent projects.
• Knowledge of permitting, public right-of-way construction, and utility coordination.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management with city agencies and utilities.
• Experience with SiteTracker, Salesforce, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of IKE deployments in assigned markets from site development to closeout.
• Manage general contractors, electricians, vendors, bidding, contracts, schedules, and performance.
• Direct permitting strategy and track submittals with civil engineering partners.
• Lead utility coordination and power make-ready efforts with utilities and partners.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and data in SiteTracker.
• Review invoices, POs, and change orders; manage project financials to budget.
• Coordinate kiosk fabrication, logistics, and delivery with internal teams.
• Conduct site walks, pre-construction meetings, and inspections; resolve field issues.
• Serve as liaison for city agencies, utilities, property owners, and communities.
• Report status, risks, and forecasts to leadership; mentor junior staff.
