Job summary

Cumming Group seeks a Project Manager II with strong FF&E experience to lead tenant improvement projects for a high-profile e-commerce client in Dallas. You will manage scope, schedule, and cost, coordinate with on-site teams, and drive cost controls from the outset.

The role requires 6+ years of PM/engineering/construction mgmt, TI background, and certifications such as CCM/PMP/PE/AIA/LEED are preferred. DOE alignment with client needs and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction/CM/Engineering/QS/Architecture required.
• 6+ years of project management, engineering or construction management experience.
• CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Develop cost estimates, budgets, and revisions with cost management.
• Lead design management, procurement strategies, construction, fit-out, and closeout.
