Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience planning, managing & coordinating all aspects of project, scope and cost for multiple projects.
• Systems furniture and workspace experience
• Strong background in Tenant Improvement (TI) work and associated Tenant Improvement Allowance (TIA) process
• Experience managing MEP projects
• Demonstrated ability to monitor and re-evaluate scope and recommend adjustments
• Experience collaborating with cost management group to provide accurate and timely cost estimates, cost studies, actual job cost reviews, and budget reconciliation
• Experience with Value Engineering
• Ability to be creative and resourceful in managing the project in a compressed timeframe
• Utilize effective written and oral communication skills
• Understand how your role contributes to the organization's goals

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value engineer the project to identify savings and substitutions.
• Manage on-site project stakeholders.
• Prepare PM plan and budget/proposal at outset.
• Evaluate documents and convey client goals to the team.
• Develop action plans to guide the project lifecycle.
• Re-evaluate contract scope and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate with cost management for cost estimates and budget reconciliation.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Drive permitting with agencies and ensure timely approvals.
• Ensure design management aligns with client budget and standards.
• Prepare cost and revenue projections.
• Conduct Constructability Reviews for build plans.
• Lead design management, procurement, construction, fit-out, and closeout.
• Handle contracts and claims negotiations.
• Develop and manage budgets.
• Oversee large, complex projects.
• Delegate tasks to PM team.
• Oversee entitlement processes for sites.
• Lead project procedures and processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
