Job summary

Aufinity is seeking an Expert in IT Project Management to lead international integration projects with a focus on the Italian market. You will manage complex rollouts, translate technical requirements between partners and product teams, and drive platform infrastructure expansion.

You will end-to-end manage projects in an international automotive context, design interfaces for REST APIs and middleware, and serve as the central contact for customers and DMS providers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of solid IT project experience managing complex software integration projects or technical rollouts.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and modern system architectures.
• Business-fluent English with excellent Italian for partner coordination.
• Autonomous, decisive, and resilient with ownership of project outcomes.
• Diplomatic in conflict situations, able to align diverse teams to timelines.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management of international system integrations and rollouts.
• Define and translate technical requirements for REST APIs and middleware into architecture.
• Coordinate communications between customers, DMS providers and internal teams.
• Lead remote platform rollouts with occasional on-site workshops for Italian customers.
• Monitor data integrity and interface performance to prevent bottlenecks.

YOUR MISSION

As an Expert in IT Project Management, you will hold strategic responsibility for our international integration projects, with a particular focus on the Italian market. You will independently manage complex rollouts, seamlessly translate technical requirements between trading partners and our product development teams, and actively drive the expansion of our platform infrastructure.

• End-to-End Project Management: The structured planning, management and successful completion of complex system integrations within the international automotive environment will be among your core responsibilities.

• Strategic Interface Design: You will precisely analyse and define technical requirements for REST APIs and middleware solutions and translate them into a well-structured system architecture.

• Confident Stakeholder Management: As the central point of contact, you will coordinate smooth communication between our customers, external DMS providers and our internal product teams.

• International Platform Rollout: You will primarily manage digital implementations remotely. Occasional on-site workshops with major Italian customers will complement the implementation phase.

• Sustainable Quality Assurance: By continuously monitoring data integrity and the performance of implemented interfaces, you will ensure long-term success and proactively eliminate system bottlenecks.

YOUR PROFILE

• 3–5 Years of Solid IT Project Experience: Your foundation is proven experience in successfully managing complex software integration projects or technical rollouts through to go-live.

• In-Depth Understanding of REST APIs: You have a strong fundamental understanding of IT as well as extensive knowledge of modern system structures, data flows and technological processes.

• Excellent Language Skills: Business-fluent English, combined with excellent Italian skills, enables you to communicate and facilitate discussions with our partners effectively and accurately.

• Strong Ownership Mentality: Your fully autonomous approach, clear decision-making ability and high level of resilience enable you to lead projects safely to completion, even when faced with unforeseen challenges.
