Title: Sr Project Manager - Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Duration: Long-term Indefinite Contract

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager - Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead the strategy, modernization, and delivery of enterprise identity solutions supporting critical business applications and citizen-facing services.

This role will drive identity governance, authentication, authorization, and access management initiatives across cloud and on-premise environments.

The ideal candidate combines deep IAM technical expertise with strong product leadership, stakeholder management, and modernization experience, particularly within large-scale government, healthcare, or enterprise environments.

This position serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, security architects, and executive leadership to ensure secure, scalable, and user‑centric identity solutions.

Required skills

Deep expertise in:

• Microsoft Active Directory

Hands‑on experience designing and implementing:

• IAM integrations
• User provisioning and deprovisioning workflows
