Qualifications

• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management methods.
• Proficient in using MS Project for planning and tracking.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to extra-large projects through full lifecycle using suitable methodologies.
• Manage scope, change, risks, budgeting, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop and manage project status reports for PMO dashboards.
• Implement change management per agency guidance.
• Forecast and acquire resources to meet objectives.
• Ensure activities comply with relevant guidelines.
• Facilitate contract processes from initiation to closure.
• Conduct gap analyses and root-cause analyses with improvement recommendations.
• Lead group facilitation, including interactions with independent parties.
