Child Care Resource Center is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead diverse initiatives aligned with our mission to support child, family and community well‑being. You will apply PMI standards across waterfall, predictive, agile and hybrid projects, overseeing intake, planning, budgets, and stakeholder communication.

In this hybrid role, expect 2–3 days per week in the office in California, with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology/computer science, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years’ experience in project management with demonstrated responsibility for management of multiple, complex, high-visibility project implementations.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, One Drive).
• Willingness to travel; CA driver’s license and DMV clearance.

• Oversee and manage project initiatives using PMI practices across waterfall, predictive, agile, and hybrid models.
• Coordinate intake, onboarding, requirements analysis, charters, plans, and stakeholder communications.
