Job summary

Saber Power Services seeks a Project Manager to lead high-voltage substation and transmission projects, including renewables and BESS, across planning, execution, and completion phases. The role requires coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet contract specs, schedules, and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in PM within an EPC setting, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of HV systems and energy storage technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in HV substation/transmission in EPC.
• Experience with grid integration, energy storage, and energy management systems preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, PM, or Construction Management; Master's preferred.
• PMP or PE preferred; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project phases from planning to delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and cost forecasting; coordinate with finance for forecasts.
• Act as primary liaison with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate as needed.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across the project lifecycle.
• Provide strategic input on planning and delivery; support client relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM processes and tools across the organization.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
