Job summary

Leidos in Bluemont, VA is seeking a Project Manager to support the DHS HEITS program. The PM will manage scope, time, and budget while coordinating with COMSEC teams and agency POCs to fulfill requirements.

The role requires strong communication with executive leadership, experience in software development oversight, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects in a secure environment; TS/SCI clearance is required or must be obtainable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 12-15 years of project management experience preferred.
• Ability to manage dynamic, multi-priority environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing project schedules for tracking efforts.
• Clearance Requirement: Top secret (Must be able to obtain TS/SCI).
• Experience overseeing Software Development Efforts.

Responsibilities

• Support the COMSEC COR and ensure that all COMSEC tasks and requirements are documented and tracked.
• Develop project schedules for COMSEC major efforts (Binding Operational Directives, software releases, audits).
• Analyze, design, test, implement and evaluate processes to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates and manage deployment milestones.
• Facilitate communication with customers and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Recommend and implement new solutions and standards across multiple areas.
• Interface with leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel to meet program objectives.
