Hill International in Houston seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction programs from initiation through closeout. You will coordinate owners, architects and contractors, drive design and construction activities, and manage budgets, schedules and procurement.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture or engineering and 10+ years of project management experience on education or research facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture or engineering.
• 10+ years of project management experience on higher education/K-12 and/or research projects.
• Experience directing design professionals and administering contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of projects with leadership, communication and coordination to meet goals.
• Manage projects from initiation through design, bidding and award, construction and closeout phases.
• Lead meetings with owners, architects and contractors and manage client relations.
