Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience.
• Experience leading Higher Education projects for Wisconsin clients is preferred.
• Professional registration/licensure required.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in multi-disciplinary teamwork and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of architectural projects, leading client leadership and satisfaction with a Higher Education focus.
• Provide leadership to strategize delivery, financial performance and risk mitigation.
• Develop and manage client relationships, balancing expectations with contractual obligations.
• Communicate with all project participants—staff, consultants, clients and contractors—collaboratively.
• Define and update project schedules, staffing, and ensure targets are met.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in recruitment and interviews.
