Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor
• Experience delivering large-scale commercial construction projects ($50M+)
• Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, and quality management
• Experience managing multiple project teams and mentoring staff
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and business opportunities

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion and handover
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and risk mitigation
• Negotiate and administer client and subcontractor contracts
• Ensure project safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Support business development and secure new project opportunities
• Mentor project teams to ensure successful execution and closeout
