The Senior Project Manager will report to operational leadership and take full responsibility for the successful delivery of major commercial construction projects. This position requires strong client-facing skills, leadership capability, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion and handover
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and risk mitigation plans
• Negotiate and administer client and subcontractor contracts
• Ensure project safety, quality control, and operational compliance standards are maintained
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractor partners
• Support business development efforts, including identifying and securing new project opportunities
• Mentor and develop project teams while ensuring successful project execution and closeout

Profile

For the Senior Project Manager we are seeking:

• 10+ years of experience working for a commercial general contractor
• Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial construction projects, ideally valued at $50M+
• Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and quality management
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to new business opportunities
• Experience managing multiple project teams and mentoring project staff
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent industry experience will also be considered
• Experience within sectors such as mission critical, healthcare, higher education, multifamily, industrial, office, government, hospitality, or life sciences is advantageous

• Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent industry experience will also be considered
• Experience within sectors such as mission critical, healthcare, higher education, multifamily, industrial, office, government, hospitality, or life sciences is advantageous
