Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead multiple commercial interior, secure facility, and specialized construction projects ranging from $2.5M to $5M across the United States. The role focuses on driving schedules, financial performance, subcontractor coordination, and project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate will manage budgets, forecasts, RFIs, submittals, and documentation using Procore or similar tools, travel to project sites as needed,

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience in commercial construction, interiors, or tenant improvements.
• Strong scheduling, RFIs, submittals and construction documentation skills.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, and profitability.
• Ability to develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Knowledge of cost-to-complete forecasting and project financial performance.
• Procore or Bluebeam proficiency; familiarity with Vista or Primavera P6 is a plus.
• OSHA 30 preferred or willingness to obtain with company support.
• U.S. Citizenship required; willing to travel as project demands.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial interior and specialized projects from award to completion.
• Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
• Maintain project financials, cost-to-complete forecasting, profitability, and reporting.
• Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with field operations to ensure quality, safety and client satisfaction.
• Oversee projects across sectors including secure facilities and corporate interiors.
• Travel to project sites as needed while supporting the Virginia office.
