Qualifications

• 5+ years Project Management experience, preferably in the Commercial industry.
• Broad knowledge of trade service installations and/or construction management.
• Understanding of construction installations, particularly in Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, oversee, and execute commercial projects on schedule and within budget.
• Handle all planning, scheduling, and oversight from Estimator hand‑off until completion.
• Assist in enforcing the TLC Safety Program and OSHA requirements.
