Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Core & Shell construction with completed interiors.
• Established record of being the Project Lead on projects with a volume of $80M.

Responsibilities

• Lead project construction team and manage project planning and execution.
• Implement JRM Safety Program across assigned projects.
• Manage all aspects of the project from inception through completion.
