3MD Inc. is seeking a Project Manager III to lead high-complexity customer projects with significant business impact. You’ll supervise a team of Project Coordinators and PMs, own client relationships, and translate statements of work into actionable project plans.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen. Office-based in Fort Wayne, IN with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 7+ years of experience in project delivery or program management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-complexity, high-risk projects with client impact.
• Experience in executive client relationship management and supervising delivery teams.
• Strong communication, influence and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple high-complexity customer projects with autonomy over scope, schedule, and budget.
• Own executive delivery relationship for high-value or complex accounts.
• Translate SOWs into comprehensive project plans with milestones.
• Supervise and develop Project Coordinators and Project Managers.
• Escalation management, change orders, and stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee spend-to-date, forecasted spend, budget burn, and billing accuracy.
• Maintain project controls: risk logs, issue logs, and decision logs.
• Mentor junior team members and drive delivery standards.
