Leoforce in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Project Manager Logistics for heavy lift, heavy haul, barge, rail, and crane & rigging projects. You own end-to-end logistics from RFQs and costing to routing, vendor negotiation, execution and post-project analysis.

The role requires 5+ years in transportation administration and operations, with proven ability to manage budgets, scheduling, risk management, and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of transportation administration and operations experience.
• Direct experience in heavy haul, barge, rail and/or crane & rigging.
• TWIC credential or ability to obtain it.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling and risk-management skills.
• Excellent relationship-building with partners such as Ocean Carriers, Crane & Rigging, Heavy Haul, Barge Operators and Rail Providers.

Responsabilités

• Initiate P&L accounting per shipment or project.
• Prepare and review supplier Purchase Orders.
• Visit sites, ports and suppliers for project readiness.
• Lead supplier management and performance, including scorecarding.
• Develop relationships with partners across Ocean Carriers, Crane & Rigging, Heavy Haul, Barge Operators and Rail Providers.
• Own project logistics costing, budgeting, scheduling, planning and risk management.
• Lead development of RFPs/RFQs and negotiate with TLGA supply base.
• Generate cargo tracking reports and provide updates.
