Job summary

Renewyx is seeking a Project Manager in Houston, TX to own heavy civil and industrial projects from planning through closeout. You will lead procurement, subcontractor selection, and overall coordination to keep projects on track and well-documented from mobilization to final walkthrough.

The role requires 5–10+ years of relevant experience, a track record of managing multimillion-dollar scopes, and familiarity with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Procore, and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years managing construction projects in the $5M–$50M+ range.
• Background in heavy civil, foundations, piping, mechanical, or industrial process work.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a project end to end, not just partial scope.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end to end: planning, procurement, execution, commissioning, and closeout.
• Select and negotiate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Manage project documentation: RFIs, submittals, daily logs, punch lists, as-builts.
• Maintain knowledge of building codes, OSHA standards, and permit compliance.
