Primoris Heavy Civil seeks a Senior Project Manager for its Houston, TX division. You will lead large-scale heavy civil projects, including highways and bridges, from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.

Successful candidates bring 10+ years of relevant experience, DOT project familiarity, and strong leadership for multi-disciplinary teams. Strong communication and negotiating skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive experience in large-scale heavy civil or highway projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for matrix teams and client interfaces.
• Experience with DOT or federally funded infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for complex heavy civil projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage multiple projects with scope, schedule, budget, and contracts.
• Oversee project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
• Lead procurement, change management, and risk mitigation with subcontractors.
