Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS Diploma or GED is required
• 5 years of work experience in project management
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex medium sized or one large project, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure superior customer and client experience
• Adhere to the project management discipline and standards in accordance with the Prime Project Lifecycle methodology, with the responsibility to complete all PM-related artifacts
• Manage project through the entire lifecycle using multiple methodologies (i.e. release, Waterfall, Agile)
• Interface with critical stakeholders (governance, business and IT leadership, distributors, vendors and clients) to ensure superior customer and client experience; provide leadership to discover, diagnose and address business and technical issues/risks
• Analyze and establish service quality baselines; monitor, report, and communicate trending of service quality to leadership and key stakeholders
• Resolve internal and external team conflict to ensure alignment to the project objectives and adherence to project schedule and budget
• Serve as a project management domain mentor to Project Managers and Associate Project Managers
• Other duties as assigned
