Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree(s) in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience managing projects/programs in a business environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in healthcare/health insurance.
• Strong planning, organization, and execution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate complex business projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Facilitate implementation and onboarding activities for new clients and renewals.
• Drive stakeholder engagement through clear communication and reporting.
• Coordinate resource planning, vendor relationships, and budget tracking.
• Monitor project performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and data-driven recommendations.
