Job summary

S/L/A/M Collaborative in Denver, CO seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead institutional projects in healthcare or education. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with clients, and drive project workplans, budgets, and schedules from inception to close.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in institutional PM, strong communication, and the ability to manage consultant contracts and invoicing while maintaining client relations and supporting marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and/or Master of Architecture from an accredited program.
• Minimum 10+ years of institutional project management experience.
• Strong presentation, communication, organizational, team building and collaboration skills.
• Licensure required.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating with external consultants.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Revit is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project team through the life of the project including architects, interior designers, engineers and consultants.
• Coordinate with internal team members and maintain positive communications with clients.
• Develop and maintain project workplans, budgets, and schedules.
• Prepare consultant contracts and monthly invoices.
• Represent the firm in client interactions and assist in marketing efforts.
