Job summary

This remote, on-site position will support projects in Northern California and nationwide, including the Sacramento and Los Angeles areas. The anticipated salary range is $75,000–$100,000 annually, with compensation varying by location, experience, and skill.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in project architecture.
• Experience leading healthcare projects and managing teams.
• Strong communication and coordination across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PIC and internal team members.
• Develop and express concepts accurately to meet deadlines.
• Attend client meetings in-house and at client sites.
• Support internal and external clients' needs.
• Maintain positive communications with colleagues and clients.
• Provide direction and mentorship to junior staff.
