Path Construction is seeking a qualified Senior Project Manager in Dallas, TX.

We are a rapidly growing general contractor with offices across the country and ongoing projects nationwide. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of project management experience in healthcare construction, demonstrating strong technical skills, excellent communication, and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading and managing project teams to ensure successful project delivery
2. Full profit and loss responsibility, including cost control
3. Managing subcontractors and suppliers' daily activities
4. Contract administration, procurement, estimating, and managing pay requests
5. Handling change orders, RFIs, scheduling, and tracking submittals
6. Implementing safety protocols and maintaining high quality standards

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture
• 7+ years of construction experience, including healthcare
• Experience with Primavera and Microsoft Project
• Occasional travel (1-3 days/month)
• Estimating experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
