The Senior Project Manager provides leadership and on-site direction for all aspects of construction for their assigned projects, with a focus on delivering excellence in healthcare construction. This individual is responsible for overall project planning, scheduling, cost management, resource allocation, project accounting, and quality assurance, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and regulatory requirements. They will also lead and develop project staff to achieve performance goals while ensuring that each project meets or exceeds client expectations.
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in healthcare construction and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and regulations associated with inpatient acute care hospital projects.
Responsibilities
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with specific and proven experience in healthcare construction.
Strong knowledge of regulations, codes, and best practices for inpatient acute care hospital projects. Preferred
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
