Qualifications

• Seven years of experience as a project manager/program manager, or five years with PMP/PgMP certification.
• Master’s degree preferred; PMP, PgMP or equivalent senior-level certification helps.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale cross-functional projects.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Serve as liaison between executive leadership, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with timely resolutions.
• Provide mentorship to Project Managers and Coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations relevant to health and human services.
