• Bachelor’s degree required with seven years of project management experience or PMP/PgMP with five years of experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional, large-scale projects in a public sector environment preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale cross-functional projects.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Serve as liaison between executive leadership, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies; ensure timely resolution.
• Provide mentorship to other Project Managers and Coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations in health and human services programs.
• Present updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
