North Carolina DHHS is seeking a Senior Project Manager II to lead high-impact IT projects within the IT Division. You will drive strategy, oversee cross-functional teams, manage vendor performance, and ensure delivery of innovative health and human services technology solutions.

Engagement with executive stakeholders and multiple vendors is required. Ideal candidates will bring strong leadership, communications, and project management experience, with familiarity in Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile

Qualifications

• Advanced project management expertise including scope, budget, and schedule.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Efficient vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Agile & Continuous Delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing matrixed resources and junior PMs.

Responsibilities
