Job summary

Stormont Vail Health seeks a Senior IS Project Manager to drive major Information Systems projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate with applications, security, and infrastructure teams and ensure status updates are communicated to stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or Information Systems and at least 4 years of PM experience. PMP is preferred, and a Master’s degree is a plus. Hybrid work with occasional travel in NE KS may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or Information Systems required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 4+ years PM experience in a complex environment required.
• PMP certification preferred (PMI).

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and manage implementations based on Workday/SharePoint PMO tools.
• Coordinate IS teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Communicate project status regularly to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, manage issues, and facilitate decisions in meetings.
