Job summary

Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Group Medicare to drive operational excellence across crossfunctional teams and external employer groups. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, streamline processes, and support Medicare program execution and readiness.

This role requires 5+ years in program/project management within healthcare, with Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process-improvement training strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in program management, project management, operations, or healthcare administration.
• Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience in healthcare/managed care/Medicare operations.

• Streamline operational processes and partner with internal/external stakeholders.
• Support Group Medicare programs from lifecycle perspective and CMS readiness.
