Job summary

The Fordy Group in Portland, OR seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, client relationships, and overall execution with field teams.

Candidates should have 5–10+ years in commercial construction, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project/Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Sage, and MS Office. This role blends office and active site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 5–10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project/Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Sage, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage project risk, budgets, contracts, procurement, and schedules.
• Lead coordination with Superintendents and project teams for delivery.
• Oversee subcontractor buyouts, change orders, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure project execution from preconstruction to closeout.
• Prepare GMP amendments and related exhibits.
